2. What we collect and why
- Order & billing data (name, email, billing address, purchases, licence keys issued) — to process your order, deliver your licence, provide support, and meet our legal accounting obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract; legal obligation.
- Payment data — card payments are handled directly by PayPlug; we receive only the transaction result and the last digits / brand of the card. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Support messages (email, WhatsApp, contact form) — to answer you and improve our products. Legal basis: legitimate interest / performance of the contract.
- Technical & audience data (IP, browser, pages viewed) — for security and, if enabled, anonymous or consented audience measurement. Legal bases: legitimate interest; consent for non-essential analytics.
3. Retention
Order and invoice data: 10 years (French commercial and tax law). Customer-relationship data: up to 3 years after the last contact. Support messages: up to 3 years. Server logs: up to 12 months.
4. Who has access
Your data is used only by FS Instructor and by the processors needed to run the service: our web host [TODO: hébergeur], the payment provider (PayPlug), and our email provider. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed within the EU; where a processor operates outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. To exercise them, email contact@fsinstructor.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data-protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for the shopping cart, checkout and session security; these do not require consent. Any audience-measurement or third-party cookies are set only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
