Digital products
All our products are software licences and digital services delivered electronically. Because performance begins as soon as the licence key / download is issued, and in line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, orders are generally non-refundable once delivery has started.
Ask us for a trial version, test the product, and only buy a licence if you are satisfied.
When we do refund
- We were unable to deliver your licence within a reasonable time (2 days).
- You were charged twice, or charged in error.
How to request a refund
Email contact@fsinstructor.com within 30 days of your order with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.
