What we collect and why<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order &amp; billing data<\/strong> (name, email, billing address, purchases, licence keys issued) \u2014 to process your order, deliver your licence, provide support, and meet our legal accounting obligations. Legal bases: performance of the contract; legal obligation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Payment data<\/strong> \u2014 card payments are handled directly by PayPlug; we receive only the transaction result and the last digits \/ brand of the card. Legal basis: performance of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support messages<\/strong> (email, WhatsApp, contact form) \u2014 to answer you and improve our products. Legal basis: legitimate interest \/ performance of the contract.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Technical &amp; audience data<\/strong> (IP, browser, pages viewed) \u2014 for security and, if enabled, anonymous or consented audience measurement. Legal bases: legitimate interest; consent for non-essential analytics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Retention<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Order and invoice data: 10 years (French commercial and tax law). Customer-relationship data: up to 3 years after the last contact. Support messages: up to 3 years. Server logs: up to 12 months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Who has access<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your data is used only by FS Instructor and by the processors needed to run the service: our web host [TODO: h\u00e9bergeur], the payment provider (PayPlug), and our email provider. We do not sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed within the EU; where a processor operates outside the EU, appropriate safeguards (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) are applied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
