Because performance begins as soon as the licence key \/ download is issued, and in line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, orders are generally <strong>non-refundable once delivery has started<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ask us for a trial version, test the product, and only buy a licence if you are satisfied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When we do refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We were unable to deliver your licence within a reasonable time  (2 days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You were charged twice, or charged in error.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to request a refund<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email <a href=\"mailto:contact@fsinstructor.com\">contact@fsinstructor.com<\/a> within 30 days of your order with your order number and a description of the problem. We aim to answer within 3 business days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Before you ask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most issues are configuration or compatibility questions we can solve quickly.
